IS THE COMPANY CALLED BETTERCASA OR BVRE?
We are one in the same! We are a family owned company so when we first started, BetterCasa was our company name and we have rebranded to BVRE as we rapidly expanded.
I NEED TO SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST. WHERE DO I DO THIS?
All work orders, payments, etc. must be submitted through the tenant portal via PropertyWare. We have attached a tenant portal user guide in case there are any questions on how to log in.
